Minute by the Attorney General
There men are detained under the provisions
of Ordinance 2 of 1870 - pending
the Governor's
decision as to their detention. I am not quite
sure whether
any
and if
or what decision
was come to on that point. As soon as it is
decided the Governor will notify his order transmission or otherwise or liberation under
Sec 4 of
the Ordinance. Meanwhile I don't
think that any definite answer can be given.
